i think it wasnt a setup but i think perhaps the 2 thugs were pretending to be drunk/arguing in order to rob people in the park ( thus the person filiming ) , they picked the wrong target and got owned.. or its all a setup

It's a set up to rob someone. Someone saw it and probably filmed it in order to catch them doing it.

Yep.

Just like all the footage you see of the jets crashing through the WTC. Obviously they weren't their waiting for them.

Someone was already video taping stuff outside, heard and maybe saw the plane and naturally pointed the camera in that direction.

Same thing here, those two guys were obviously causing a comotion by themselves and someone sitting on their balcony with a cam corder started filming them.

Possibly as someone else suggested: the person filming may have seen this same suspicious activity going on outside his apartment on more than one occasion and decided to film it the next time it happened.

nah, its some kinda prank they play in england. they slap people like that and film it. they picked the wrong guy and got their asses beat.
