Acacia Lawsuits - where's that all at?

Are the people who signed licensing deals still paying? What's the status with all that?

It's all viewable in tent #3 (think circus).

I still chuckle when I think about how many succumbed to their empty threats/demands.

those that signed with Acacia still have to pay.

the lawsuit is somewhat at a lull.. the cable companies lawsuit has been combined with the internet/porn ones (acacia didn't want that to happen, since cable has some very big guns).

there have been no new lawsuits filed for the DMt patent... since they are busy trying to get people to pay licences from other patents in their portfolio. Companies dealing with acacia on these other patents are finding my site, and i am hooking them up with each other to be able to form their own defense groups to not give in to patent extortion.

continual updates about acacia at http://www.FightThePatent.com

that would make sense.... the licensing program for DMT has been a joke.. they burned through more money than they made.. sounds lke a dot-bomb biz model.

so those that did sign, so easy to squeeze them for more money...and they have to keep paying.

while epic cash may have taken out a license, i don't think they sold out their webmasters as Far-L was saying.. he's talking about something bigger.
