The guy on the road clearly did something wrong, but neither I NOR you know how he handled it afterwards. If he went out and bragged to his friends about how he tore a strip off some old lady who was dawdling on the street, yeah, I'd say that he's an idiot. If he went home, settled down and GENUINELY felt bad about what he said, I'd write that off as ONE bad action.
