I am unsure why it is crashing. Our entire office is using IE and we are not experiencing this problem on our end. We have asked other partners to review their browsers and they have not experienced this problem. We have sent additional requests to our IT team to investigate, and if this problem persists I am confident we will have an immediate solution.
Jensen: I believe you already spoke to someone from our team, we will keep you personally updated if we troubleshoot a solution. This is very unusual and we have not experienced this before.
All: Sorry for any inconveneinces, we do invest an extraordinary amount of money in infrastructure and these inconveniences should not happen. However we do build custom software as it allows greater functionality and robustness for future changes and better reporting.
