Silvercash - Browser Crashing?

Wouldn't surprise me.. I hate those overly complicated affiliate admins.. waste of time and money.

IE uses the "fancy" version whereas Firefox, netscape, Opera etc. use a stripped down version. I use Opera so wouldn't see any errors like that.

Yeah, been having crash problems there a lot lately. It's a pain in the ass when trying to add FHG links to my site admin and I have to restart the browser every few minutes.

All the flashiness doesn't impress webmasters anymore. Simple and functional impresses me a LOT more.

I am unsure why it is crashing. Our entire office is using IE and we are not experiencing this problem on our end. We have asked other partners to review their browsers and they have not experienced this problem. We have sent additional requests to our IT team to investigate, and if this problem persists I am confident we will have an immediate solution.

Jensen: I believe you already spoke to someone from our team, we will keep you personally updated if we troubleshoot a solution. This is very unusual and we have not experienced this before.

All: Sorry for any inconveneinces, we do invest an extraordinary amount of money in infrastructure and these inconveniences should not happen. However we do build custom software as it allows greater functionality and robustness for future changes and better reporting. We appreciate your feedback and in our admin sections there are locations for feedback and webmaster polls. Lastly, simply email our team at [email protected] or contact your sales account manager. We take your constructive criticisms very seriously and we believe listening is a true artform to succeed in this business.

I'm about $20 short of minimum payout but I can't even be bothered logging into that ridiculous admin anymore.

I've been having crash problems with SC since the release of the LAST version. It was so bad I had to completely reboot my computer. If I log in with "other browsers" link I have no problems. Never bothered to try the IE login after the last release.

On another note... SiteAdvisor TOTALLY blocks access to silvercash.com for browser exploits. I have to add silvercash to the "do not warn" list. Any idea why and what is being done about this? Linking to SC has made MY site a red alert! With the number of people using McAfee security out there, this isn't good.

not bashing, but i gave up on silvercash when they launched the last version too.. for whatever reason i was never able to actually log in, and the stripped down version only gave me about half of what i needed.
