My friend did. It pushed so hard on his balls that he had to be castrated. Now he has little plastic balls there instead. At first it just hurts a little bit but in about 20 minutes your balls have to be removed. -

Have you tried ending the swelling by burying your balls in ice? Perhaps a swift strike from a ball peen hammer will do the trick.
Then again, you could always call or go see a doctor...but since you're posting on GFY instead (the place I always go first for medical advice), then you may as well just get ready to kiss your testes goodbye, because we're still busy working on a cure for cancer.

I have the same issue.
It's not exactly a hernia it's a torn area i your scrotum that allows some fluids to leak back into your scrotum.

I had this problem, and had the surgery. I got infected, so it was a lot worse then they said it would be, but I'll give you the quick hit details, and hopefully this is it for you..Originally posted by eroswebmaster
One of my testicles had went from nice small fuzzie to something a little bigger than a golfball. It was uncomfortable in the drawas. It was hard to sit in chairs, and if I did a lot of walking, or activity, then it would swell to the point I would hobble around.
I thought it was cancer as well, and was worried. Went to doctor's, was referred to a uroligist, and then they did the jelly on the nuts scan. After that, they said it was not cancer, but a hydrocele. More a less, water pocket on your nuts.
Anyways, to get rid of it, you have an operation where they basically make an incision, and drain the water. You are only supposed to be out of commision for 1-2 weeks all depending (as I said, I got infected, and was out for 3 months).
While it solved the problem more a less, I still get some swelling from time to time in the following circumstances..
When a girl plays with my nuts too rough.
When I drink too much alcohol.
When I am really active, like in sports, and so on.
When I get insomnia, and do not sleep good for a few days.
If it's a hydrocele, then just get the outpatience operation, and be done with it. Hope that you do not get infected, and look forward to life afterwards.

The doctor will need to insert a needle inside your balls to do some tests. It's going to hurt like hell, but you don't have any other alternative
