We would also never shave a webmaster. We let webmasters signup for our sites anytime and check their stats then credit them back. We use 3rd party anyway which has no shaving features. I do not see why any sponsor would shave a webmaster ever. Sponsors want to keep webmasters forever and want them to be happy with the program and help them make money. 90% of our signups are through webmasters so why would we shave. Well I guess that is how we feel anyway.
