Hum I would agree with you some. Yes there is alot of crap paysites out there. I think ours are definetly not crap but professional sites that keep Members. Just curious what paysites do you think are great? We have actually joined many other huge paysites to compare and see where we can improve ours. It is all about keeping Members as long as possible. I started this venture in 1997 so I have seen alot. With the economy and ever since 9/11 it is harder to keep Members than it used to be. On average about 50% of our members go into rebilling. We are not one of the big boys but definetly not one of the small guys. We have great customer service for our Members which I think helps with Members canceling. Some Members contact us with a problem they are having which we help them fix. We try everything to keep every Member. I have talked on the phone with some Members for over 30 minutes because they are not computer savy and need alot of help. Anything to keep a Member but if they want to cancel we cancel them asap and never screw anyone in the process. We are here to make money ofcoarse but we would never screw a single person to make a buck. That is my 2 cents.
