No idea to be honest. I would say SOME do but not most or many.
Porn Industry is no different than the non adult business world. You have dirty business owners that will scam their own moms for an extra 50 cents and then you have people that run a perfect business and some that fall inbetween. Works the same exact way for people.
The FCC or whatever part of the GoV that would handle this never will. They are much more worried about CP which they should be and fraud to consumers. I would rather they spend the money in that area and take my chances on grabing a bad sponsor. They start looking at money programs / webmasters then shit is really going to get fucked up.
