    COPA, still around and kicking.

    Here is the link. http://www.philly.com/mld/inquirer/n...a/16062868.htm

In a nutshell the old COPA law is back in front of a judge and the arguments will end soon with him giving a ruling sometime early next year. The argument is to determine whether or not the injunction that bars the law from being enforced should be lifted or not. Most experts think the law is so flawed that the injunction will stay in place, but you never know.

so is COPA considered a good or bad thing profit wise?

    Often times I wonder why
There's love and hate, theres live or die.
When sickness comes I must decide:
    When feelings go, theres suicide.

it depends on who you ask. Basically it would require every adult site in the US to have some kind of age verification on it. So no more free sites, TGP galleries or running link sites or TGPs for for US webmasters.

The end of unobstructed free porn would be a panacea to the industry IMHO.

This law would really help the non US webmasters capture more of the market.

It would only end free porn for US webmasters. Over half the porn sites out there are run by non US webmasters so they would still be in existence.
