I found parts of it rather comical actually, this one in particular:

If you can't find the humor in that 1 line, then you need a humor check. I am NOT saying that being racial funny, because it's not, so before you jump down my throat let me make that clear. I think it was a situation that snowballed into something that should never have been. I don't think any less of him but I'm not saying what he did was right either. I think it was a bad moment, by someone well known, and even worse-it was all caught on tape. Nothing more, nothing less.
To Add: The guy called him a "cracker". If the guy was TRULY offended by racist remarks, then he wouldn't have become a racist in return by calling him a "cracker". Double standard.

Something like that happened when I was at Laff Spot here in Houston a few years ago. Some lady got up to go to the bathroom and he just laid in to her about getting up during his show. Actually, black people appear in more than one episode of Seinfeld. In 1996, Carl Banks appears in the episode "The Andrea Doria", and in the 1994 episode "The Wife", Kramer even has a black girlfriend.
