(The FTC press release concerning the proposed consent agreement with 180 Solutions/Zango)
"The agreement will be subject to public comment for 30 days, beginning today and continuing through December 5, after which the Commission will decide whether to make it final.
Comments should be addressed to the FTC, Office of the Secretary, Room H-135, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20580.
The FTC is requesting that any comment filed in paper form near the end of the public comment period be sent by courier or overnight service, if possible, because U.S. postal mail in the Washington area and at the Commission is subject to delay due to heightened security precautions."
There's more stuff about the FTC and Zango here, including an analysis of the proposed agreement to "aid public comment."
The FTC snail mail address listed in bold above is as good a place as any to submit comment about Zango; be sure to relate your comment in some way to the proposed consent agreement/settlement, though, or they will likely not give your comment much consideration.

We would need some major awareness brought to this, in order to have any kind of effect probably. Strong letters written who make good solid points and raise issues they may not have considered. I would love to see Jayeff come up with something we could all print, sign and mail in too. Anyone who has read his thoughts knows what I mean.
