and based on previous history and advice from law enforcement. Say nothing to anyone - just report the issue to ASACP, IWF or direct to a relevant law agency and let them handle it. There can be good reason not to prewarn anyone on anything - and there also can be solid reason for letting the rope string out. (Often players are "known" and the subject of other enquiries)
