Any current or former iBill clients who are owed money can contact me and I will do what I can to help you receive your money. There is information on ibill.com under merchant information regarding the First Data payouts and the Note Payable to cover any remaining debt.

Under the new ownership iBill is making a concerted effort to repay ALL clients money which is owed to them.

Sites's went under, lives were touched.

The bottom line is this. Ibill are commiting fraud by accepting new clients when they know full well that they cant pay.

This guy is worried about death threats to his email I bet people have had death threats because of Ibill not paying them and they owe money to affiliates, hosting etc.

Imagine this scenario.

Guy goes and borrows money to set up a website. Uses Ibill for the payment processor. First month sales go really well, he has to pay back the loan. Ibill dont pay and keep not paying. Bank pulls loan and takes him to court they start repocessing his stuff.

Ibill tell him that they are making an effort to pay. When he signed up to have Ibill process they tell him that they will pay twice monthly not that they will make an effort to pay.

No one on GFY or any of the other noteworthy webmaster forums will ever sign a contract to rejoin Ibill until they receive all the outstanding moneys owed to them with interest. No one is stupid enough to start sending IPUKE more sales so you can pay out current accounts.

Sept 9th 2004 is when you stopped paying and from that fateful day until you guys get you collective fingers out of each others asses and do something instead of making worthless promises is when webmaster will start to believe or listen to anything you or any representative from IBULK has to say.

I sent you an e-mail, and received no reply ( big surprise ) don't keep promising crap unless you can deliver all you are doing is digging a bigger hole for yourself. Pay webmasters all outstanding debts immediately, then and only then can you make posts on GFY, YNot, etc.etc.etc.

I can't even tell you how many issues we had with them back in the day when i was with GIM/ARS...we even had to go down there and speak with Garret and Dave back in the day...even after all that, we barely got anywhere with them, and that was before the huge ibill fiasco...

their deal is they will pay you - once and only once you start sending them back more $$ and signups - for me at least totally unacceptable - pay me first - no questions and then I would probably not give you business - but at least consider that they have some honor left
