Number 7 is really good and pushes a great company image of being professional. Sometimes you an go to far with logos with the humour element. That encompasses both humour and professionalism.

Flash is not allowed in sigs. I am sure it can be made smaller though, but it will lose some of the effects used. My button is 36kb for instance.

Yeah, I noticed that yours is quite small and a few others as well. I was just wondering about the ones that are bigger than 200KB... just imagine 50 posts on one page and everybody has a 200KB button in their sig ;)

AlienQ has what i thought would catch the eye of most webmasters - the payout amounts. all the banners are actually pretty good, but the first thing people ask me when i recommend a program is "how much?".
