Not all think alike. Personally, I think God's rather "hands off". I think he lets us make our own mistakes and choices. I think "His will" is to let us live our life as we choose.

that sounds like a deist, not a Christian. You obviously have some conflicting ideas about your religion. Christianity does not allow you to be fair and open-minded nor to live your life in any way you choose - that's just not what it says in "the Book"
The God of the Bible is basically a petty, mean-spirited, self-absorbed asshole. If that's what God's really like, well, for one, it would explain why this world is so completely fucked
and two, it explains why most of his followers are a-holes too. (not referring to you but your average Christian) I actually used to like reading your blogs when you were anti-religion...
