You could grab an outsourced worker that makes 600-800 a month, but in my experience, they need constant supervision. I hgave never found much in the way of independent thought...and even though they may speak fluent english, they just can't grasp some thing.
Give them very specific tasks in writing, and check on them daily to make sure they actually understand...repetitive work, and after a bit maybe.
North American worker...some are gung ho in the beginning but soon fizzle out and get bored and good luck tracking them down, or they figure they are way under paid and deserve a whole lot more.
It may take you a couple of tries but I think you can eventually find your match. Good luck!
