rode the bigshot atop the stratosphere and it was scarier than any ride i've been on at amusement parks, because of how incredibly high up it is.

the thought of being flung out over the edge of the stratosphere makes me cringe

I will gladly ride any rollercoaster over and over again, but Insanity and that other thing that hangs over the edge of the Stratosphere is a little too much.

I am with you on that one. I dont want to be over the edge of a huge hotel. I would just think it would topple over.

I have been on the ride that shoots you up the needle of the stratosphere and it was scary as hell, havent been on the other ride... it must be new.

I went on that one that takes you around the edge of the strat and it was lame I thought.

The "big shot" was kick ass though. You're shot up so fast that there's a moment of weightlessness. I've wanted to go on that again several times but I can never get anyone to go with me.

I'd totally go on this new one. Who's with me in January????

i love rides like that and have never seen any that i wouldnt do...

next time in vegas i will try this one for sure... did the one on NY NY 8-9 times last i was there... loved it the first 3-4 trips... the rest was just to enjoy the view..

the one that dangles off the edge looked scary as hell, when i was there there was an old woman at the front and she waved at us smiling (you can see them from the observation deck)

Have not been on that one. But the ride that shoots you up the space needle is cool. I would reccomend that one to anyone. The view is killer, and it totally seems like you are going to shoot off the top of the thing.
