hey I'll think about it, actually I tried to buy it and spoke with the owner and he insists that the name gets 5k daily and he wants about 200-220k for it
it's an ok deal I'd say based on the traffic, if you compare it with the domain in this thread that has 20k typeins and is asking $3Millions, then "my" deal is about 5 times better traffic wise
i'd consider this deal by myself but honestly speaking, my budget doesn't allow me to spend more than $100k by myself on any name
but I didn't really mean to hijack this thread and I'm sorry if I did
the problem in this case is, that unlike the thread starter, I'm not in any business relationship with the owner of the 5k daily typein domain so I'd have to think of a way to ensure that I in fact get a commision for this. It may sound like just being greedy but act is that such "finder fees" are quite common in the domain biz....
