    Are English People Retarded?

    i was just checking out the official website of a city in England called Rotherham, so I clicked on their FAQ.

    and here are two of the questions:

    11 Is my child in School?

    12 Can you tell me a little more about where I live?

    maybe it's a Monty Python skit.
