Thank you for your answer and I did not sound to seem like a jerk. I love your program and have been a member for a long time. There is no way I would ever cancel my membership. I just love when every program is working. I know with all the programs it is hard to have them all work at every moment.Originally posted by J B

First of all, thx for this free tool.
I loaded my sponsors data yesterday and it was working fine.
Today when I launched the app it said it was updating the software to a new version, and now it is all stuck, I can't see the sponsors I loaded, or old stats, or anything, it keeps saying updating and opens up the app again and again, is there anything wrong?

not bad at all for a free program ;-)
one thing that really would be nice though, is to have a "short version" of the ticker that just shows totals and not the breakout of three days worth of numbers from every program - if you have 20 or 30 programs active, it could be hours (not literally) before your totals come around again lol
just hope to see the some programs i've submitted over the last two days via the web form added soon.....

We are juggling a massive delivery at the same time we are adding new programs...and we're trying to prioritize the programs which are in greater use by our webmasters... Some in your list fall under this category and have been recently released, and some are in development right now. A lot of programs can be added relatively quickly...but some require custom logic developed along the way, and when this is done we take careful steps to basically add on to the product's cababilities to handle similar requests/programs in the future...and to make sure we can update/maintain these programs quickly, as will be needed in the future in order to limit downtime.
Though, rest assured...we will continue to add programs indefinitely and as time goes by we will continue to get faster. We'll get you fully covered soon

We are currently working on a help file...so hopefully that will help in the future...
In the treeview on the left...you'll see a node which says available programs...expand it and you will see the categories...expand adult for instance and you will see a list of programs in which you can add.
Select the desired program and you will see a link under it to add a new program..click it and it will prompt you with a box to enter a username and password and also select a start date to scan back to...defaults to yesterday. From there, can choose to select all programs under a particular sponsor...for example, pps, revshare ect...or just go with a single one if you don't use the others. At this point too, I would recommend leaving the default start date and add it. This way you can make sure everything looks as expected with a smaller amount of data (not a long, historical scan) and see immediate results At any point, you can always go back and select an older start date and rescan.
