Who Hires Maids?

any tips for me?
I am gonna hire one for the 1st time.
Things I should look out for? Should I tip in cash? Whats a good rate? Do I get to bang the maid? Do they come in teams? Do they bring their own vacuums?

I am in Vegas.

We have a maid that comes here once a week. We pay her 20$ for 4 to 6 hours. She just does general cleaning. I think that we are going to have her come 5 days now, and help us take care of the baby. We will start out offering her 60$ a week, and go as high as 80. It just depends on your market.

As for tips. we dont tip, we feed them. My wife alsways make a great lunch, and we feed them.

I think one of the most inportant things is having the same person every time. The girl who cleans my house owns her own business. Some of the services send out different people each time and I don't like that.
I found the person I use on Craig's List and she is awesome.

write down what you pay them, I was so busy they were fucking me on payment, saying i owed ammounts i already paid them, got me for about 400 before i smartened up and said Bye Bye.

First thing to tell her is what NOT to touch. These people tend to relocate things and you will spend hours looking for it. Also tell her upfront that you did NOT hire her as a designer. The plant stays where the plant is and you want the couch in front of the tv instead of the aquarium
