When I was a kid and if me and my friend were doing something wrong. If his mother caught us ,she would smack both of us. I wouldnt even think of telling my mother because it is likely it would mean another smack for doing something wrong. The parents should thank him for lecturing her and good if she was scared so she wont be is reckless in the future.

                                                                                                                                What this really shows though is the lack of judicial common sense a judge is allowed to use now adays with many crimes. In past times and in places outside of bizarroworld judges used to be able to use a bit of insight and common sense when sentancing people, so it at very least fit the crime. Today with so many laws and shit tieing the hands of judges cases like these will become more and more common.
