here's an idea Pro
buy into one of those time share condo plans where you can travel all over. A week here a week there. I think it would work perfect. You could set up easy shoots in good locals where there are plenty of available models. ie: Miami, Tampa, etc etc...Comment

My girlfriend bought a preconstruction 2BR beachfront condo in Destin FL last year for $320K. The rentals cover more than the mortgage and the same size units in her building are now selling for over $600K. She has a management company that sets the rental rates according to what the "going rate" is in the area. She is VERY happy
