I can honestly say that when it comes to designers I manage to pick ones that have computers that blow up, move house, have an inordinate number of deaths in the family or come down with tropical diseases with such regularity thats its beyond a joke.
I bet real estate agents in San Francisco are rubbing their hands in delight at the prospect of all those errant designers moving to the area in time for the next big earthquake and another ready made excuse
