nice to hear a positive post instead of the ones some others on here tend to post about how they are getting screwed at every turn and blaming their failures on everyone but themselves.
my only advice would be: don't be afraid to ask for advice. as much bs as there is on this board, there are a lot of very experienced people here - especially in your arena.
