1. ok, you registered a domain name say at namecheap.com (the registrar)
2. you have a place to host this domain name (webhost)
your webhost gives you a DNS server(s) where you shuold point your domain name to, so basically you should be able to find your host's DNS servers on their website (or contact them)
Nameservers look something like this:
n1.myhostname.com
n2.myhostname.com
or they can be given to you as IP addresses (rare)
Once you've found out what your host's name servers are, log into the registar where you registered your domain and look for "set DNS" or something simliar, and then you enter the nameservers and click OK I guess. And then wait. And by wait I mean you will have to wait from a few hours to up to 24 hours (altough much faster now than before) for the domain name to actually "work"
