there is no problem with submitting

but the mainpage look a bit strange, you need to adjust the table width

It should be working. The categories are totally off when I'm using IE. But it works fine with firefox.

how about putting text on that find.jpg button at the top?

Unless you're using a layer to do it, but it's not showing up in Firefox.
