Pad Thai is always a good beginning - noodles with chicken and a little shrimp, and bamboo shoots and chopped peanuts on the side.
If you like noodles, my favorite is Pad Woood Sen, which is angel hair noodles with a variety of vegetables, egg, and shrimp usually.
Pad See Ew is thick noodles in a thicker mushroom/beef sauce that kind of reminds me of Thai stroganoff.
If you're not ito noodles, try the Pineapple Fried Rice. They actually bake the fried rice IN the pineapple so it has a sweet taste to it. Plenty of cashews and chicken, pork, or shrimp.
If you like curry, Yellow Curry can't be beat in my opinion. It's my favorite out of everything. It's not spicy like the other curries, just LOTS of flavor. Plus cubed potatoes, sliced onions, vegetables, and meat - I recommend the duck. Served with rice.
Let me know what you choose!
