Put a number out there for what you think you need and a biz plan of sorts...
Until then, why not talk them into being cams girls and setup a cam studio, plug the studio into a number of cam sites and make a % for handling the girls. Have them take some pics etc.. and make them all promo sites to push traffic to their cam shows.. later add a members area and charge that fan base to access their members area..
(members area could give added value cam shows, photos, have the girls sign shit and add a wish list for things members can buy the girls as well as email updates as to when the girls will be doing shows an on what sites they will be doing shows.)
Have them do some custom videos for marketing on main stream and adult tubes...Comment

actually I think the new formula is there are a ton of formulas but ALL of them require a hell of a lot of work by both the webmaster and the model.
