As an A-Style tour it's very nice. These tours are less and less common these days and only seem to convert certain types of traffic.
A couple constructive criticisms:
Make the GET INSTANT ACCESS Button jump out more by being different color text.
Sort through some more pics and get a bustier chick in there and maybe a redhead if you got one. Cover all the bases in other words.

Its good composition just an outdated style tour.
Turn it into a scrolling variant with the same techniques and I would say ya got a nice design.

I agree with most of the comments here.
It's a slick design, but alas looks a bit outdated and not v. interesting.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.Comment

I don't hate it. I don't care for the colors though. I got kind of a wierd brain freeze from all that yellow. Sorry.
It looks nice and I don't think it's too outdated to convert. I've seen some real crap sites that look like 1997 that still convert. Go figure...
