So right now as i see it.. the stock is worth next to nothing.

                                                                                                                        Mobbucks is not public. Some of the funding comes from 110 mediagroup, inc which I am the founder/CEO and which is public. 110 mediagroup has a vested interest in Mobbucks, but the stock price or financials of mobbucks are not directly related to OTEN.

                                                                                                                        The decreases in stock price are a direct result of dilution caused by stock issuances for acquisitions of properties such as web1000. When you issue 400,ooo shares to buy a company the stock price (especially on a tightly held company like oten, tends to decline). The apparent losses in revenue are not true losses either, if you pay $500K in stock it show as a $500K loss even though the company just issued stock, not paid out cash...etc.

                                                                                                                        110 media allows us to use paper to buy companies and pay people etc. using equity, but in no way directly reflects the earnings or stability of mobbucks (which is also a company under a subsidiary called Jade entertainment)

                                                                                                                        No worries associating the two would would be like not buying windows based software made by third party companies because microsoft stock takes a dive...they are not related in any way other than 110mediagroup invests in mobbucks, and assists in acquisitions.

Anyone who could research OTEN would know, all one would have to do is compare the "sit down" page of MobBucks, to the "Major Holders" page on Yahoo Finance as far as the vested interest goes.

                                                                                                                            But there is a reason OTEN.OB is associated with MobBucks. It was posted somewhere by either KB or one of you guys.

It doesn't reflect well on you though since my statement is 100% correct and verifiable. We had no contract with Jeff or any talent to produce a site as Jeff has already pointed out. So no deal went down in Vegas. A private business meeting took place. Frankly we would never do business with anyone that made the subject of a private meeting public regardless of whether they accurately represented the nature of those discussions or not. You were not given the accurate details of the discussions by an individual that was obviously having issues at the time. The suggestion that we would enter into an inappropriate business agreement with an individual not capable of making a sound decision is what I take issue with. We take our business very seriously and don't appreciate people throwing our name around along with unsubstantiated rumors. Thank you for your semi-retraction.
