Britney's tape is not going on the market as mentioned because it would need to have her permission first and anyone attempting to sell it would be sued.

Secondly - her fame is dwindling and although for the first year or so (especially the first few months) everyone will talk about it... but without anything unique - it will go away and not reach the status

Third - the Kevin factor - everyone hates this asshole, and seeing him with her would simply upset fans and those who would prefer seeing her solo than with him.

If this was a lesbian tape with any hot girl then I may agree with you - but celebrity status does not guarantee a sure sale of a tape. Its a novelty as is she - her career is mostly over - shes no Madonna who would likley have a better sex tape and sell more if it came out... which I find amazing.

If she was to sell it - it would be done through her friend Jenna who then would have a better understanding how to advertise movies in the adult community
