Casino promotion isn't illegal in the US as long as you aren't actively promoting gambling but only providing adspace, but whatever, nobody will try to bust your ass even if you do so anyway.
Good ones are 888.com (not neccecary adult site friendly), Ad Riches and Refer Back.
