It doesn't really rain that much and certainly not compared to the more northern parts of the country. In the summer, these days, it is warm and/or hot most days. However, it is November so it is more winterish. It is all relative. If you are from a warm country then London is going to feel colder than it will to people from colder climates. However, it is incorrect that it is always cloudy. I actually like the weather here because it barely ever snows in London and when it does it isn't in any real amounts. Having grown up in a blizzard area I will take that any day.Comment
