What is curious, dear Kscans, is that YOU and a few other select webmasters report being paid, but the vast majority of Paymonde clients are confirming that they have received nothing since the end of October. It seems clear that they are hoping to dupe clients into continuing to process with them whilst they prepare to abscond with our funds.
I would earnestly suggest you start looking for an alternative processor. It seems unlikely to me that Paymonde can last through the month.

Paymonde site is definitely down. I cannot help but think they have disabled it so webmasters cannot cancel out their accounts! If so, these guys are the lowest scum on the face of the earth! (even Ibill did not sink so low)Comment

Sounds about right.
When people started threatening to cancel, they beat you to the punch. However, not me. I cancelled that shit out as soon as no payment came last week. Although they locked me out later that afternoon.
Seems Nort, and Howie have some plans for the money they have no intention of paying you.

Pisosupport.com is still up, but for how long is the question. If they think they are going to get away with this, they had better start thinking again.
I have all the email addresses of my current and former members from Paymonde. I'm sending them an e-mail today informing them that their accounts will be disabled as of 1st December and that they MUST chargeback any and all November and December charges from Paymonde/Piso as they are FRAUDULENT!!! MONTREAL ? Third-party payment processor Paymonde has officially gone out of business, CEO Howard Cohen told XBIZ. The company?s demise came after its bank in the Philippines lost acquiring rights to process Mastercard transactions.
?We weren?t left with much of a choice but to go out of business,? Cohen said. ?We have not received payment from the bank, and until we do so, I cannot pay what is owed out of my own pocket. I?m fed up with being beaten up on the webmaster boards. We?re trying to do our best in what is a shitty situation for everyone involved.?
The bank owes Paymonde three weeks of payments and had promised him a settlement Friday, but has still not made good, Cohen said. Cohen could not offer a timetable for webmasters to hear about money owed.
?I want to let everyone know I?m not running away,? Cohen said. ?I?d like to thank all the webmasters that did business with us over five years for their trust and support. I feel terrible for all involved. I?m not a crook. Paymonde is not iBill.?
Cohen promised to evaluate each one of Paymonde?s merchant accounts ?on their own merits.? He said the company is planning to contact every webmaster that is owed money about their financial status, including the amount they are owed.
?What I hate about this whole situation is people on the boards calling me a thief and a scumbag,? Cohen said. ?We tried to take care of all of our clients. I know many of them personally. We were at the shows. We never hid from anybody. We charged lesser percentage [per transaction] than others. And also, everyone should know the big guys like Paycom or CCBill are not immune to this. If their processing gets pulled, how can they pay??
While the Paymonde website is down, Cohen said the company will allow clients into their backend to check on their financial status if they contact him by email.

1. With 5 years experience, it would seem MVC (Paymonde) would have more than one merchant account to fall back on.
After they lost their Philippines merchant account, which was not their fault (that bank was bought out by another bank not willing to do adult - we know, as we had a merc acct there)... they only had one left in EU, which is just downright silly. How can they risk millions with only 1 merchant account?
2. While this MAY be true, that they are not at fault (I'd like to see their bank's side of the story), they still have 6 months of hold backs and the 3 weeks of monies due. Not just 3 weeks. In addition to this, they are not considering the rebills that have just vanished.
3. Wonton Media and PanchoDog, among others, will be investigating this further, rest assured.Comment

They have spent more time and energy than most doing everything in their power to avoid being transparent so how comes it that YOU (in Mexico, of all places!) know so much about their business?
