Bounced Check

50 bounced checks...

Americans may ridicule the French but in France if you give someone a check and it bounces you can go to prison. The French dont fuck around with bouncing checks.

It more professional then bumping a 7 month old thread and putting B.S in your signature.. Do you think it was some giant conspiracy that you didnt get a 15 dollar check? Maybee your neighbor stole it.

imo the point isn't how much it is - the point is it should have been taken care of regardless of how small the webmaster was. i think ridiculing a guy who you didn't bother to pay is fucked up.

If someone hit us up consistently for 7 months for 15 dollars? Trust me, I'd know about it, this is not the case, this is most likely B.S, and until I can get information where I can look this up, I'am not going to believe it.. how come he wont email me his information? Think About it.

Quick Summary...
BangBros sends me a check by error
I cash the check not realizing the check was from a previous pay period
The check bounces, i have to pay $10
I ask for the lousy $10 bank fee
I was never notified that BangBros canceled the check that i cashed 2 weeks after getting it

The check sent to you was in error, those were commisions for October 2003. We will be more than happy to reissue you a check for the $10 bank fee however we do not owe any other monies to you. If you supply me with a fax number I will be more than happy to send you a copy of the check stub showing the incorrect pay period amount.

we had a problem with about 20 to 25 checks and it wasnt noticed until it was mailed out, so we cancelled them before they were arrived and reissued the new checks the next day, you should be getting a correcdtion check anyday if you have not already.

Looks like you didn't know about it and it looks like he was pestering for 7 months.

I KNOW the feeling man. I had one bounce on me and TD Canada Trust FROZZE my entire account until I could reemburse the nounced check ammount. So I handed over a few checks to cash to cover it. They wouldn't do it. They wanted the cash first.

I had to get the company to wire the cash to unfreeze mya ccount.

After that I could only cash pidly $25 checks. The rest had a 30 business day hold.

It almost ruined me. All over a $120 check.

So I threw the card at the teller one day and walked over to Scotiabank.

Best bank ever. Their policies are very relaxed and they go out of their way to help me.

I dont see why anyone would bring up a 7 month old debt unless they are angry about being dissed and not paid. And for $115 it seems like it's more about getting dissed as is happening now.

Bangbros and Pipecrew rule, and with the size of their business and affiliate base, you can't expect them to be covering every affiliate's little problems every second of the day

I had the same thing Happen @ TD the same person bounced 2 in a row, so they put a hold on my acct for about a week. As for being reimbursed for your NSF fees it goes without saying

I bank TD also... got one California producer check bouced ... They froze my account, including the Canadian $$ account.
Since I have other accounts for the same businesses in RBC, I gently told them to look in the history of the account and let me know. I left with all the checks I was going to deposit and that they would freeze for 30 days ... Next day, I went in, saw a paper pusher, and eveything got back to normal ...

PS: wires are the best : no surprises.


PS: to who ever said that Bangbros has better things to do than take care of one of the thousands of affiliates, well you are wrong.

Manowar, why can't we expect them to cover every affiliate when the affiliates are holding bounced checks? that is why a company hires customer service reps. i think that a guy who emails for months on end without having his problem dealt with has a very real complaint.

if my phone were turned off 'cause the phone company had an accounting error, i'd expect my phone to be turned back on IMMEDIATELY and and bookkeeping errors to be fixed. why should a sponsor be any different?

I have spoke with accounting and we are in the process of contacting 'nosey'.. There is much more to this situation then has been posted and it will remain this way.
