what is a fair price to pay for submission service to tgp's/mgp's using a submitter like chameleon or advanced (not hand submitted)

i have recd pricing at $900 a month for 4 sites a day...

and $500 for 1 site a day...

what do you think is a fair price to pay for these services or better yet, what would you be willing to pay?
