    interesting piece of info for canadian teen TGP owners...

    Turns out that making a girl look underage IS illegal and constitutes as child pornography under the canadian age of consent and child protection laws.

    I wonder if the US has these same laws as well hidden somewhere

    I guess most of you guys running these types of sites can't say "just because the thumb looks underage doesn't mean it's illegal"

              I believe I've mentioned this before... and yes you may be able to have SEX with younger girls, but portraying even a 30 year old woman in say pigtails with teddy bears is child porn, do not pass go, do not collect $200.                       Yes and no.

                      I researched it today because someone I know has a sister who is 14 and being dinged by a 19 year old.

                      There are SOOOO many exceptions the ONLY way to not get charged is to have sex outdoors, no anal, make sure she does NOT bleed and she must be sober. Also, the guy must not be someone she "relies on" in any way. There are tons of other exceptions too.. too many to go into but check out http://ageofconsent.com for more info.

                              Maybe they do, still does not justify the law though.
                              Typically though pedos are after prepubecent children. So showing someone with a plaid skirt and a teddy bear who also happens to have a D-cup would not really cater to those people now would it?
                              Fantasy and or thought crimes should never be illegal. There are not victims, and nobody is being exploited. It is consenting adults.

                              Any such law is absolutely absurd.

                                                      The law is weird up here. They make every possible exception so that you can't fuck one,... but say 14 is age of sexual consent to appease someone... don't know who. makes no sense to me. I think 16 is fair game. 14.. well... if you wanna date one when you're 18 and it's all clean... no biggie... but fucking a 14 year old is taking away what little innocence and childhood is left.

                                                      however, most 14 year olds are sluts nowaadys anyways.. sitll doesn;t make it right though. hell, not too long ago they cought a few grade 8'ers in class giving head and handjobs.

                                                      Too much sex in the media and no parents parenting them...
