I've always believed cigarettes were given a bad rap. If they caused cancer as much as we have been told then why is it cancer rates have only declined 1.6% since the '70's yet only 25% of the population still smoke? Back in the '70's almost half the population smoked, shouldnt cancer rates have declined a hell of a lot more?Comment

Cigarettes can't be good for you. The Globe and Mail covered this extensively about two weeks ago. Interesting side effect of state run government. Telling people cigarettes are good for you...180 degrees from what we are told. But then again, Iraq was invaded because some guy from Saudi Arabia orchastrated an attack on US soil.
