i woked in the tattoo industry for quite a while and have travelled a lot for conventions...

that really look like it was done by Stéphane Chaudesaigues from Graphicaderme in France...the guy is totally amazing and his portraits are unreal...id be suprised if it wasn't him that did that tattoo...same style...
