All you people who are saying that money does not rule, well weather or not this is true the fact of the matter is that it becomes very difficult to raise children without any money. They need to be fed and clothed at the very least. It just doesn't make a whole lot of sense to have a child when you yourself are struggling to make ends meet; these people are adding another expense to their lives that most of them can't handle. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against having children I just believe that there is a time and a place for everything and don't believe that everyone is fit to be a parent, it's a shame that any old fucker can have them.
