Dont you think poor people have the desire to have children?
They have the right to have children even when they are poor.
In many countries there is no way out of poredom! they are born poor and dont have any chance becomming "rich"
They are normal people just like everybody else, with the same disires and hope..Offcoz they have the right to make children.. sometimes having children is the only positive thing in life..
when you are poor you can still give love to children..
