Whats the best method for making high quality screen shots? also is there anthing to do in photoshop to make the picture look better after you take it?

Use Ifran View. Play the movie in Ifran View, pause it at the right place. Do PrtScr, paste. Then do sharpen and just colours. I have just done 400 by hand this way and they come out really well.

I take a cap in Frame-Shots (former SnatchIt) and then process in Photoshop.
Sharpen, color and brightness adjust...play around with things to see what works.Comment

I use Windows Movie Maker as well..... Then Auto enhance with Fireworks.
