She had the kid 2 months ago, and has apparently been on a very hard cycle of diet and exercise to lose the mommy look and move right along to MILF. I am assuming that those boobs are still pretty milk filled at this point, but I wouldn't be shocked for her to go the plastic barbie route and have them enhanced to this size or so after the milk is gone.
She certainly shaped up quickly after the kid (these pictures are all from this week, when she went to New York and appeared on Letterman's show etc.)
