99% of all books just cover basic trading psychology and patterns. Same old bullshit written by losers who couldn't make a living by trading so they decided to write some books and make up some stories about their life so people would buy them.

Don't watch bullshit financial TV and try to find out yourself what factors move the markets at the present day or specific stocks.

For a little real money intraday experience go to http://www.intrade.com/ and start small on US indicies or currencies before you ever think about opening a normal trading or forex account.

If you want to buy normal stocks for a more or less long term investment just do some papertrading first and just buy on real numbers instead of financial speculations / virtual values.
