Not being critical at all, but since you are still tweaking might as well through in my opinion for what its worth.
Your sites, I'm not sure who your designer is, but he needs to get out of 1999. The designs look like cookie cutter, program sites from several years ago. Don't get me wrong, they're not bad designes, just not at all interesting.
You really need to think about the webmasters that push it. If it does not make their site look good, you won't get their traffic. If it looks good on their tgp, their production goes up and that makes the big traffic (tgp) guys happy. Get the webmasters hard and they will convert your site for you.
Just my opinion and hopefully you find it helpful. Overall, its ok, but it just looks very old school to me.

I watched a trailer and it was terrible. The overlay was intrusive, it loaded slow, and the one I watched had a tripod camera setup in background, killing any fantasy of a "housewife" being involved. The overall design of the site looks amatuerish, and not in a good way.Originally posted by RogerV

Replace all the pics on the main page with real amateurs wives 30-44 year olds , no silicome heavy makeup or perfect hair. no pro sets also.

I am not hating when I say this but I think you should redesign without the pink. Also, the graphics aren't very crisp. It does give the site a bit of a "dated" look. I'd come to it and wonder if it is still being updated.
I'd have my designer give it a more simple, clean look. In white. With crisp graphics. A cross between:
