Ummm, your lesbian shoots... do the girls every kiss or touch each other in a sexual manner (including squeezing breasts or similar)? Any of this could be considered sexual material under the new rules. For all intents and purposes, you cannot use the softcore shoot rules (especially considering some full clothed material has been judged to be sexual in nature, go figure).
