    Best ways to advertise a job/position?

    I've been placing ads in the newspaper and it only turns up flakes. I need more ideas on what I can do to advertise a specific job opening I have.

          Let an agency handle all that bullshit and let them give you a temp for 90 days.

          If it works out you hire them, if not...let 'em go.

          The only time I placed an ad in the paper was in NYC in the NY Times and came into the office Monday morning to a few hundred faxed resumes to start weeding thru.
