          turn it off for few minutes or hours, then use it after it has cooled down....or why not use an electric fan for the cpu, it will help for sure

                                  Just open the case - that should lower the temp around 10 degrees.
                                  You can also check if there is alot of dust blocking the circulation of the air.
                                  If it´s still to hot you can place a fan pointing to your mainboard near your computer.
